D company is a company that has dance fitness products as the main products.The company department includes two levels,level 1 department including pipe center,for the center,sales center and quality control center,department of secondary is for finance department and the four center is in charge of specific functions.Company's middle management is mainly in charge of all the secondary,deputy director.In this article,through the survey found,effect of the scheme is more problems,mainly displays in:disconnected with the enterprise overall strategic target,assessment index appraisal cycle is too long,evaluation index system of complex and not practical,weight distribution is not reasonable,appraisal main body of a single,lack of performance feedback and interview,performance results using is not reasonable,lack of incentive.Therefore,this article to help establish optimization of D company for middle management appraisal target.Based on the domestic and foreign performance evaluation scheme,middle management performance evaluation index system,the implementation of measures research as theoretical basis,research on D company,found the problem,collected through interview and questionnaire survey methods such as the middle management the attitude data of the current performance evaluation scheme,and sorting,statistical analysis,find the problem and reason,carried on the corresponding improvement,thus established the optimization of the performance appraisal scheme,optimization of areas including the inspection plan implementation,evaluation,evaluation index system,evaluation feedback and application of the assessment results.According to the problems of the company,this article will focus on index system and the results using aspect.In this paper,the middle management positions are analyzed,the combination of D company strategy,based on the balanced scorecard method,designs the evaluation index system of the whole organization,choose the corresponding kpis.In this paper,based on the analysis of the middle position,for the pipe center,quality management,content for the center,marketing center of middle management department and finance department personnel to set up their respective evaluation index system.In addition,this paper takes a middle-level management positions-a sales center channel sales director,for example,a design with the method of order relation analysis the index weight more scientific and simple design.In results using section,this paper argues that should do a good job in publication of performance appraisal results will be the results for middle-level managers pay adjustment,jobs and career planning,etc.Effect,because of the great middle level in the implementation of the performance appraisal scheme performance caused by the deviation,will make the organization to achieve the overall operational efficiency and overall performance improvement.Currently under the "new normal" economy,clothing industry as a whole management more difficult,this article through the design,evaluation and optimization scheme improved the D company's existing problems,and help D to reduce the management cost and improve the management effect,improve the organization operation efficiency,and guarantee the stability of the organization overall performance can be promoted.
