Langfang Electric Power Industry Company Performance Management System Design

And reference organization performance and the performance management method of the employee, decompose the company performance indicators, this article proposed the method of the refining performance indicators of departments and units——"company-departments/unit" KPI decomposition method. Decomposing the departments'and unit'performance indicators, this article construct the Key performance indicators of Specific jobs, thus establishing the performance management system of industrial company. Then according to the performance management process, from the performance plans, performance implementation, performance appraisal to the inspection result feedback and application, this paper designed the performance operation system, establishing a complete set feasible gallery electricity industrial company performance management system, and practical application in the enterprise.
