The advent of the21st century, also gives Chinese companies an unprecedentedchallenge, however, one of the prerequisites for business success is a clear andeffective strategy. The company’s strategy is to rely on scientific performanceappraisal approach helps enterprises in the fierce competition in an invincible positionin the performance system. Since Kaplan and David Norton Balanced Scorecard, itbecomes a powerful tool for the implementation of the corporate strategic objectivesand implementation of performance management, and has been the concern of manyChinese companies. But placed in front of the Chinese business leaders a seriousproblem is how to effectively implement the Balanced Scorecard performanceevaluation system. This is mainly because many Chinese enterprises lack ofsystematic knowledge of the performance appraisal system as well as the BalancedScorecard system, limited internal ineffective implementation of the managementlevel of the company itself, which leads to balanced scorecard evaluation systemimplementation is ineffective.The purpose of this paper is to systematically expounded the theoreticalknowledge of the Balanced Scorecard, and in-depth study of how to effectively usethe Balanced Scorecard ideological approach to build a strategy-led, overall balancedcombination of short-term and long-term systemic performance appraisal system. Thisthesis is based on the Balanced Scorecard theory and ideas, built in the Jin Jianvegetable oil, the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard system, and to explorehow the Balanced Scorecard strategic management, performance assessment tools tobetter import corporate performance management in. Performance appraisal theoryand the Balanced Scorecard theory literature analysis, draw a correlation between thedifferent methods, complementary advantages. And analysis of the Jin Jian vegetableoils Performance Evaluation System reality, and find out the current performanceevaluation system, this paper proposes the necessity of building a Balanced Scorecardsystem. On this basis, the paper-based theory of balanced scorecard system, combinedwith the principle of the method of key performance indicators, targets, management,in Company A introduced the Balanced Scorecard-based performance appraisalsystem, tailored and try operating performance appraisal system based on theBalanced Scorecard company’s preparation and implementation. JinJian vegetable oilcompany to build a strategic-oriented systemic performance appraisal system and make recommendations.Marginal contribution of this paper is to Company A to give a balanced scorecardperformance evaluation system for the systematic examination system of the theCompany A to provide more scientific, reasonable and effective basis, at the sametime, this study with the reference value for enterprises of this industry how to build aBalanced Scorecard-based performance appraisal system.
