The scientific management method can helps the corporation to keep leading role the furious competition. Balanced Scorecard (BSC) becomes the greatest management tool in the 20th century because of its prominent idea and the experience of introducing to many excellent companies around the world. BSC links the company's strategic goal and performance management through finance, customer, and internal business process and learning and growth perspective. It not only measures the company's performance level, but also evaluates the employee's performance in order to construct performance evaluation system based on company's strategy. This dissertation discusses how to construct employee's performance indicator from company's strategy. Designing performance indicators base on the strategy and the features of department and position. As for personal KPI, the competency model is used to evaluate the employee's performance. It can help the company to break down the BSC to individual and appraise the entity ability through personal competency. The idea is in accordance with the learning and growth perspective of BSC. By concrete case, it illustrates how to construct personal performance indicators from company's mission.The dissertation summarizes the method of performance management firstly, introduce the history of performance management and strategic performance management, the content of BSC and the indicators analysis, and the concept and features of key performance indicators; Secondly, it shows the steps and methods of constructing personal KPI, illustrates the reasons of introducing competency model in personal KPI. Finally, the personal performance indicators and the weight are determined by linking N company's concrete situation.This dissertation's creativity sets up departments and personal KPI based on BSC and KPI. Meanwhile, introduce competency model when constructing personal BSC in order to link the learning and growth perspective, and to promote the whole capability of the company, delivering the company's strategy to the individual.The dissertation enriches the related field of BSC, offers the new idea of designing personal performance indicators. The theory and practice are combined by the concrete case. It has some values to the research of performance management and the practice in company.
