Research On The Application Of Financial Sharing Service Model In Manufacturing Enterprises

as a new financial management mode,financial sharing service mode is the product of the development of the times,which can help enterprises to transform.At present,more and more enterprises in our country have begun to try this advanced mode,and have established respective Financial Sharing Service Centers.With the upgrading of social science and technology,financial sharing services,supported by advanced information technology,infiltrate into the establishment of financial management mode,promote the realization of fine management objectives of enterprise finance,and at the same time,reduce the cost of enterprises and expand the economic profit space of enterprises.It can be said that the establishment of Financial Sharing Service Center is the best way for enterprises to innovate financial management mode under the current trend of economic globalization.This paper chooses S Company,a manufacturing enterprise,as the object of case study,in order to provide reference for other manufacturing enterprises in China to implement financial sharing.There are five chapters in this paper.Chapter 1 is an introduction,which mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic selection,combs and summarizes the domestic and foreign literature on financial sharing,and explains the research ideas and methods of the paper.Chapter 2 is the theoretical analysis of financial sharing service mode adopted by manufacturing enterprises,introducing the concept,theoretical basis,characteristics and types of financial sharing as well as the necessity and feasibility of financial sharing service mode adopted by manufacturing enterprises;Chapter 3 is a case study,taking S company as an example,including the introduction of S company's basic situation,the implementation background of financial sharing,implementation process,application effect and existing problems;Chapter 4 is the enlightenment and suggestion for the construction of financial sharing service in manufacturing enterprises.Chapter 5 is the conclusion of this paper and the prospect of the future development of financial sharing services.
