Under the trend of economic globalization,the speed of cross-border and cross-regional expansion of enterprise groups has gradually accelerated.In order to effectively control the financial costs while expanding the scale of business,more and more large-scale cross-regional enterprises have begun to implement the financial sharing service model.With the successive release of China's encouragement policies,the superiority of the financial shared service model has gradually been accepted by domestic enterprises.In recent years,the rapid growth of China's insurance industry has weakened the cyclical fluctuations of the industry.Due to the relaxation of policy regulations,foreign insurance has continuously flooded into the Chinese market,which has also intensified competition in the insurance industry.In order to meet the requirements of strategic development,scale expansion,and business volume growth,Company Y urgently needs to systematically reform the existing financial management methods.Under the general direction of determining the integration of industry and finance,Y Company gradually carried out the construction of the financial sharing service system and achieved remarkable results.However,in the course of conducting field research,this paper finds that there are still some problems to be improved in the operation phase of Y Company Financial Shared Service Center.How to solve problems in a targeted manner and maximize the utility of the financial shared service model is the current important work content of Y Company.As one of the first enterprise groups in China to successfully implement financial sharing services,Y Company implements the model of ‘double' accounting center,and is the first enterprise to apply the financial crowdsourcing model to financial sharing services.Its implementation experience is the same.The industry and other companies that are trying to build a financial shared service center are highly informative.Therefore,this paper selects the financial sharing service center of Y Company as the object and conducts a case study.First of all,this paper highly summarizes the construction process and organizational structure of Y Financial Shared Service Center.Secondly,this paper combines the data collected during the research process to comprehensively and objectively analyze the current operational results of Y Financial Shared Service Center.Through analysis,it is found that the operation of Y Financial Shared Service Center not only reduces the financial cost,strengthens the riskmanagement and control,but also effectively improves the efficiency of financial work and realizes the internal sharing of financial information.Thirdly,through the analysis of the results of the questionnaire and field interviews,the company's financial shared service center still faces some challenges in the operation process,such as loopholes in the division of responsibilities,information systems,and communication channels.Then,this article starts from the source of the problem,combines the company's development facts,summarizes the suggestions of the employees in the survey results,and proposes optimization suggestions and safeguard measures for the problem,in order to provide financial sharing services for Y company through case study and research.The center makes its own contribution to more efficient operations.Finally,through the summary and induction of the research content,the conclusions and enlightenments of this paper are expounded.This paper hopes to provide suggestions for the operation of the Y company's financial sharing service center through the case study of the Y company's financial shared service center.At the same time,I hope that through the sharing of the successful experience of Y Company,this paper can provide reference and reference for other enterprise groups in the construction and operation of the financial sharing service center,and provide favorable guidance for the financial management reform of domestic enterprise groups.
