With the rapid development of economic globalization and the implementation of China's "Belt and Road" Initiative,the scale of the company has continued to expand.The management level of the company is constantly increasing,and the management concept has become more and more advanced.However,with the development of company,a series of problems that would hinder the development of the company was produced.Such as unsuccessful implementation of decisions,financial supervision difficulties,and untimely financial information transmission.As a large state-owned enterprise group,ZY Group has a large number of subordinate companies scattered throughout the country.Group management and control capabilities are constrained,so higher requirements are put forward for financial accounting and statement consolidation,budget and capital control,and financial risk prevention.Therefore,in order to improve the efficiency of financial management and the core competitiveness of the Group,ZY Group integrates the simple,repetitive and frequently occurring business originally distributed in various branches through financial sharing mode to share financial resources.Reengineering business processes with the financial shared information platform as the main body.Realize the management objectives of budget,accounting,capital,value analysis and risk management.The thesis is divided into six chapters.Chapter 1 studies the background,significance and research status of the financial sharing service center.At the same time,it puts forward the ideas,contents,methods,innovations and deficiencies of the research.Chapter 2 takes the concept and characteristics of the financial shared service center as the research starting point,and combines the basic theory of financial sharing service to summarize the advantages of the financial sharing model.Chapter 3 introduces the basic situation of ZY Group.The current financial management model and existing problems of ZY Group are analyzed.Chapter 4 studies the necessity and feasibility of ZY Group's construction of financial shared service center,proposes a feasible construction plan,and designs the financial sharing business process.Chapter 5 puts forward various safeguard measures for implementing the financial sharing service center.Chapter 6 draws conclusions and outlook.In short,ZY Group builds a financial shared service center,which can support the transformation and upgrading of financial management,play a leading role in strategic financial guidance,strengthen professional management and control,improve financial efficiency,reduce operating costs,promote management change through technological innovation,and realize the high-quality development of the group enterprises.
