Research On Financial Sharing Optimization Of HX Group Co.,Ltd.

With the continuous growth of group enterprises,the head office and sub-branches of each country have established their own financial organization and accounting system,forming a kind of inefficient financial accounting and management mode.With the introduction of the theory of Financial Shared Services at the end of the 20 th century,the above problems have been well solved,but many enterprises have encountered various problems in the process of applying the theory of Financial Shared services,which have not achieved the desired results,but seriously affected the operation of enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to study the application and optimization of financial sharing so as to provide guidance and reference for the application of financial sharing services in enterprises and the factors that should be paid attention to in the application process.This paper studies the financial sharing optimization of HX Group.Firstly,the article systematically reviews the way of financial sharing service coming into being,developing and optimizing with the development of the times,and then elaborates the basic theory of Financial Sharing Service on this basis.Secondly,it briefly describes the basic situation of HX Group.and its current financial sharing operation and the results achieved under this mode.On this basis,it further analyses the problems existing in the Financial Sharing Service Center of HX Group.Thirdly,it analyses the necessity of self-optimization of Financial Sharing of HX Group and according to the optimization conditions of Financial Sharing of HX Group,respectively,from information system,financial organizational structure,process design,etc.Personnel transformation and other aspects of optimization design;finally came to the conclusion of this study.Based on the analysis of HX Group's financial sharing,this paper summarizes the scheme design of Financial Sharing Service Center optimization,which provides formal guidance and reference for the follow-up optimization of enterprises with financial sharing system.
