In 2013,our country first put forward the "Construction of One Belt and One Road" service initiative from the strategic level,China gradually began to promote infrastructure construction as a strategic development focus,construction enterprises as a direct participant of infrastructure construction,is bound to face more challenges.Faced with the historical mission given by The Times,the original financial management mode of the construction industry has been unable to meet the new requirements put forward by the new development.Meanwhile,the way of low cost and centralized control has become the inevitable direction of development,and the financial sharing service has become a new trend.On this basis,Construction enterprises began to plan and build a financial sharing service platform that could meet the requirements of centralized management and control of financial information and real-time sharing.However,from the current practice,there are still many shortcomings in the process of financial sharing service platform of various enterprises.Therefore,the process optimization of the financial platform in the construction industry can not only effectively promote the development of financial sharing services,but also "promote financial transformation,reduce costs and increase efficiency",and realize the goal of the transformation of construction enterprises as soon as possible.This paper uses the method of literature research and case study to select Z Company,a representative enterprise of the construction industry,to conduct a detailed analysis of the current construction of the financial sharing service platform of Z Company from the key factors affecting the process of the financial sharing service platform by sorting out its current construction.In the process of analysis,the two main factors of organizational management and financial management are classified again: organizational management is refined into organizational structure and personnel management;According to the core business,the financial management is divided into general ledger process,accounts receivable process,accounts payable process,expense reimbursement process and cost and budget process.After combing,the fishbone diagram analysis method was used to analyze the existing problems in its setting one by one,and then specific suggestions were put forward to improve the process of the company’s shared service platform according to the above problems,and a new flow chart was drawn.At the end of this paper,the common problems and common problems in the process setting of financial sharing service platform are summarized,and broad suggestions are put forward.In the summary,the problems existing in the optimization process of Z company are generalized to the whole industry,so that other enterprises can learn from them.This paper hope through to the Z company financial Shared services platform process optimization measures,financial Shared services to the current construction industry development to provide certain reference and for other domestic construction companies build and produce certain model significance in the development of financial Shared services,to help and promote our country construction enterprise financial management ability and improve the corresponding technical level. |
