Research On Optimization Of Financial Shared Service Center Of Y Group

The rapid development of the Internet era and the repeated changes of information technology constantly remind entrepreneurs that if they want to keep up with the new trend of economic development,they must dare to reform the existing model and learn to use technology to escort production.The Financial Sharing Service Center has indeed brought qualitative improvement to enterprises in the more than ten years since it was introduced into China.However,with the expansion of enterprise scale and the improvement of market share,the traditional financial sharing service has gradually lagged behind the pace of enterprise development.The originally expected cost reduction and efficiency increase is becoming more and more difficult to achieve.In turn,there are many problems,such as unstable financial personnel structure,cumbersome business process,difficult data security and so on.Y group is a leading enterprise in the real estate industry.In 2017,by learning from the financial management mode of excellent real estate enterprises such as Longhu and Greentown,and employing Deloitte and other professional institutions to design,the group established a financial sharing service center.Based on the specific analysis of the problems and reasons in the operation process of Y group’s Financial Shared Service Center,this paper puts forward the design scheme of using blockchain technology for optimization,which is roughly divided into five parts.In the first part,according to the research background and significance,the current development of Financial Shared Service Center can not adapt to the rapidly expanding modern enterprise,which leads to the purpose of embedding blockchain technology to optimize it.Then it introduces the basic concepts,technical characteristics and theoretical basis of Financial Shared Services and blockchain technology in detail.The second part introduces the application of blockchain technology in financial fields such as audit and taxation in detail,and then demonstrates the necessity of embedding and optimizing blockchain technology from the problems existing in the Financial Shared Service Center,and builds a bridge for the integration of Financial Shared Service Center and blockchain technology from the two aspects of logic and characteristics.The third part is divided into two aspects to optimize the structure and process of Y group’s Financial Shared Service Center.On the one hand,it briefly introduces the operation status and structure process of the case company and its financial shared service center,and then introduces the main problems since the case company’s Financial Shared Service Center was put into operation.On the other hand,by building a "double chain" financial sharing model,we focus on optimizing the three key processes of Y group’s revenue,payment and expense reimbursement,so as to realize "blockchain + financial sharing".The last part draws conclusions:(1)the Financial Shared Service Center optimized by blockchain can reduce enterprise human capital and accelerate the transformation of financial personnel from service-oriented employees to management employees;(2)Strengthen regional and shared communication and exchange,and improve the financial professional skills of both sides;(3)Optimize the business operation process,improve the work efficiency and the integration of industry and finance,increase the security of data tamperability and traceability,and enable the management to make decisions.Starting from the actual situation of Y group,this paper puts forward the optimization scheme of Financial Shared Service Center embedded in blockchain technology and the expected effect after implementation from a theoretical perspective.The purpose is to clarify the design concept of optimizing financial model based on blockchain technology in detail through the in-depth analysis of specific cases,in order to provide some reference for the innovation of Financial Shared Service Model of real estate enterprises.
