With the advent of the information age,the exchange of information and resources has been accelerated.Economic globalization has swept through every corner of the world,and the world economy has become an organic whole.Economic globalization has made funds and technologies.Material resources in the global flow and allocation.The market is a globalized market,and economic globalization enables capital,technology and material resources to flow and deploy globally.Large multinational companies continue to merge and expand,so the competition between enterprises becomes more and more intense.In this case,whether from the internal development of the enterprise itself,or from the external competition of the enterprise,it is encouraging the change of the management mode.Only the change of management mode can be beneficial to the invincible position in the competition.The traditional financial management mode already can not adapt to the development of large companies.As a new financial management model,Financial Shared services center as through the establishment of an independent subsidiary institutions to focus on repetitive business between molecules within the group provides a standardized and efficient financial services company.Through implements standardization process for all subsidiaries,the group can cross-regional,cross-sectoral subsidiaries real-time integration and analysis of financial data,real-time monitoring,a subsidiary of the financial position and operating results to provide better financial function services for each subsidiary of the enterprise.A large number of successful practice has proved.The establishment of shared service center can improve the efficiency of financial accounting,save costs,increase the value of the company and significantly improve the management level of the company.Therefore the Financial shared service model has gradually become the choice of large companies.This paper takes the financial shared service center of WD group as the case,which is divided into five parts to carry on the discussion.The first chapter is the introduction.This chapter introduces the research background of this paper,expounds the significance of research,and reviews the current research status of financial sharing at home and abroad,and summarizes briefly.Then the research ideas and methods are briefly summarized,and the innovation points and characteristics of the research are pointed out.The second chapter is related concepts and theories.This paper expounds the basic concept of financial sharing service,process reengineering,resource integration and other related theories.The financial sharing model and the traditional financial management mode are compared and analyzed.The third chapter analyzes the operation condition of WD group financial sharing service center.Firstly,the financial sharing center of the overall situation of WD group and the organizational structure and main business process of the financial sharing center are briefly introduced.And then it describes the effect of WD group results after the implementation of financial Shared services,and analyze the problems existing in the operation of financial sharing service,such as imperfect business process,high staff turnover rate,internal communication barriers,and insignificant scale effect,etc.The fourth chapter is to put forward the operation optimization countermeasure to the problems existing in the operation.The author puts forward specific suggestions from the aspects of optimizing business process,strengthening internal communication,valuing talent training and expanding business scope.The fifth chapter summarizes the research of the thesis,points out the shortcomings of the writing and the future prospects.The innovation point of this article is based on the process reengineering,integration of resources,the basic theory such as economies of scale of the operation of the group financial Shared services center present situation has carried on the analysis and evaluation,in the process of analysis using the literature research,comparative analysis,case analysis.Problem oriented,and find out the WD group financial sharing center on the problems existing in the operation,combined with the development of the company's financial Shared services for the financial work of the specific goals and company requirements,specific design.It is hoped that we can provide enlightenment and reference for our enterprises to improve the financial sharing service model.
