Since the reform and opening up,China's national economy has maintained a high-speed development trend,domestic innovation and entrepreneurship has developed rapidly,and there are many emerging management concepts at the level of human resources management.In recent years,the concept of human resources management has been publicized and popularized in China,and the related management system has tended to be perfect.Enterprise groups gradually strengthen their attention to human resources management in the process of internal management,and attach great importance to how to promote the innovation of human resources management and strengthen the awareness of human resources management.Under the background of the new era,the mode of human resource sharing center is a modern management mode which combines advanced scientific ideas and Internet technology.At present,it has attracted worldwide attention,and has been implemented in many large multinational groups,which has a positive impact on enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises.Based on this,this paper takes D Company as the specific research object,and on the basis of comprehensive literature review,case analysis and practical investigation,makes a comprehensive investigation on the current situation of human resources sharing service of D Company,points out the problems existing in this respect,such as staff quality,management process and system reform,and dissects them concretely.Based on the analysis of the causes of various problems in human resources sharing service of D company,and combining with the reality of D company,this paper puts forward some feasible suggestions for optimizing and perfecting human resources sharing service of D company,mainly including publicity and popularization from the concept level,active strengthening of performance appraisal,and Improve the shared service system and so on,in order to provide protection for D company human resources sharing service system.It is hoped that through this study,we can enrich and convey the existing theoretical system,and help D company to build a scientific and perfect human resources sharing service to provide a feasible reference.
