Human resource sharing service is a new management model which has been developed and developed in foreign countries.It is mainly applied to large group and transnational enterprises.The main feature is to optimize the unified business processing process and to deal with daily transactional work with the help of information technology platform,and to improve the quality and efficiency of human resource management.The establishment of a market-oriented operation mechanism within the enterprise group and the implementation of the paid service of the shared service center to achieve a substantial reduction in the overall operating cost of the group's human resource management work.In recent years,"functional transformation" has become an important goal of human resource management for large enterprises in China.As an important means of transforming human resources management functions,human resource sharing services have been accepted and tried by more and more enterprises.Taking XX enterprise as the research object,this paper explains the purpose and significance of the construction of human resource sharing service center,summarizes the history and present situation of the research at home and abroad,summarizes the related theories and methods of the construction of shared services,and on this basis,uses the research methods that combine the discussion interview,the questionnaire,the quantitative and qualitative analysis,and investigates and analyzes the present human resource management of the XX enterprise.The main problems of the existence are analyzed,the research and design of the XX enterprise sharing service center construction scheme is designed,and the emphasis is made on the construction ideas,objectives,principles,content,implementation and benefit analysis.Finally,the concrete and feasible safeguard measures are put forward to ensure the smooth implementation of the construction plan.The method of constructing XX enterprise human resource sharing service center proposed in this paper is of great theoretical and practical value for building high efficient,professional,standard and value-added human resource sharing service system and promoting the level of human resource management service in XX enterprises.It is a useful exploration for the construction of human resources sharing service in China,which is a large scale,more staff and cross district.The establishment of human resources sharing service center by domestic collectivization enterprises has provided a useful reference.
