The project management model which takes process as core is design by the requirement of customers.Besides,it set up its corresponding organizational structure,Corporate culture,management system yet all based on process.In this model,the work is always carried out with the customer's needs as the core,which can effectively improve customer satisfaction.There for after the process is re-engineered,the basic units of value creation are transformed from functional departments to cross-functional process teams,which breaks the departmental boundaries between functional enterprises and significantly improving project management efficiency.Taking all factors above in considering,this paper applies the process re-engineering theory to systematically study the management process of CT company real estate project.Based on the research results of related theories and technical methods of business process reengineering at home and abroad,this paper systematically describes the current status of CT company real estate project management business processes according to the actual situation of CT company real estate project management.Through the comprehensive use of the value chain model,internal and external perspective observation method,and performance important matrix model,the core business processes that need to be reconstructed for CT company real estate project management have been selected:the preliminary report construction process,planning and design plan management process,design change management process,engineering Visa process.After diagnosing and analyzing the problems in the core reengineering process,the process was redesigned,and the organizational structure was reorganized according to the needs of the new process after reengineering,besides the corporate culture,human resource management was reshaped,and information technology was implemented to create conditions for the operation of the new process.Finally,the author analyzes the implementation resistance of process reengineering and puts forward implementation suggestions.
