The coordinated development of new-type urbanization and agricultural modernization is an important part of the coordinated development of new industrialization,informatization,urbanization,and agricultural modernization.It is also a necessary way to resolve the major contradictions in China at this stage and achieve coordinated regional development.The agricultural issue is a fundamental issue of economic development.Urbanization is the only way to modernize,and it is also a strong support for rural rejuvenation and regional coordinated development.New urbanization and agricultural modernization promote each other and play a decisive role in economic and social development.At this stage,Henan Province has made some achievements in new-type urbanization and agricultural modernization development,but there are still some problems.The “three rural issues” are more serious,urban-rural contradictions are becoming increasingly prominent,and the irrational industrial structure has seriously restricted Henan 's development of new-type urbanization.The coordinated development of agricultural modernization and the research on the coordinated development of new-type urbanization and agricultural modernization in Henan Province are urgent.First,on the basis of detailing the current status of research at home and abroad,related concepts,related theories,and the actual situation of the development of "two industrializations" in Henan Province,select indicators from five aspects: population,economy,society,space,and ecological environment to construct a new urbanization evaluation.The index system selects indicators from the four aspects of agricultural input,agricultural output,agricultural society,and sustainable development to construct an evaluation index system for agricultural modernization.Then,the standardization of the index data is performed using the range standardization method,and the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the index classification.Then,taking Henan Province as the research object,using the coefficient of variation method to conclude that the level of economic development and social development has a greater impact on new urbanization in Henan Province,and that the level of rural social development and agricultural output have a greater impact on Henan 'sagricultural modernization Then,taking Henan Province as the research object,the variation coefficient method was used to conclude that the level of economic development and social development had a greater impact on Henan's new urbanization,and the level of rural social development and agricultural output had a greater impact on Henan's agricultural modernization;Using the comprehensive index evaluation model and the coupling coordination degree evaluation model to longitudinally study the comprehensive development level of the “two industrializations” and the coordinated changes of the “two industrializations” in Henan Province from 2009 to 2018,respectively,it is concluded that the overall development level of the “two industrializations” is continuously rising and the development trend For the better,the degree of coupling and coordination between the two industries has generally increased,but at a lower level.The gap between the level of comprehensive development of the two industries has a negative correlation with the degree of coupling,and the level of comprehensive development between the two industries has a significant positive correlation with the degree of coordination.Related;at the same time,a horizontal study of the comprehensive development level and coordinated changes of the "two industrializations" in each city in 2018 has resulted in an imbalance between the comprehensive development level and the coordinated and coordinated development of the "two industrializations" in each city in 2018.Finally,based on the status and problem analysis,theoretical analysis,and empirical conclusions of the "two industrializations",suggestions are made: optimize the industrial structure;increase the role of radiation in urban agglomerations;increase rural investment;improve institutional reform;pay attention to ecological environment protection.The research on the coordinated development of the "two industrializations" in Henan Province aims to explore a way that is in line with the coordinated development of Henan's characteristic agricultural modernization and new urbanization.This is of great significance for reducing the regional development gap in Henan Province,and improving Henan's rural social structure,urban-rural integration,and sustainable development.At the same time,the research on the coordinated development of new-type urbanization and agricultural modernization inHenan Province is of significance to other provinces and even the whole country.
