Research On The Coupling And Coordinate Development Of New Urbanization And Agricultural Modernization In Jiangxi Province

The new type of urbanization is the urbanization of people-oriented,focusing on the improvement of "quality",integration of urban and rural areas and ecological civilization,agricultural modernization is the transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.In recent years,Jiangxi Province has actively responded to the national call to promote the construction of new urbanization and agricultural modernization vigorously,and the level of development of the "two modernization" has increased significantly,but in the process of promoting the development of the "two modernization",there are many contradictions and imbalances.The development between the "two modernization" is not coordinated enough.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to explore the coordinated development between the "two modernization" in Jiangxi Province to promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas.This thesis combines the current situation of domestic and foreign research on "two modernization",theories related to "two modernization" and the current situation of "two modernization" in Jiangxi Province to build an index system.The index system for evaluating new urbanization in Jiangxi Province is built from five aspects: population,economy,society,facilities and environment,and the index system for evaluating agricultural modernization in Jiangxi Province is built from four aspects: production input,input-output,rural economic development and sustainable agricultural development.The indicator data of Jiangxi Province’s "two modernization" in the decade of 2011-2020 and the indicator data of 11prefecture-level cities in Jiangxi Province’s "two modernization" in 2011,2014,2017 and2020 were selected,and the weights of each indicator were determined by the arithmetic average of the weights derived from the entropy weight method and the coefficient of variation method,the comprehensive development level evaluation model is used to measure the comprehensive development level of Jiangxi Province’s "two modernization",and the important factors affecting the development process of Jiangxi Province’s "two modernization" are analyzed at the criterion and indicator levels,the coupling coordination degree model is also used to measure and analyze the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree of Jiangxi Province,and to study the development trend of the coupling and coordination of the "two modernization" from the system level.The conclusion of the study shows that: the comprehensive development level and the coupling coordination degree of the "two modernization" in Jiangxi Province are steadily increasing,the coupling coordination development of the "two modernization" in 11prefecture-level cities is unbalanced,and the "two modernization" and the coupling coordination degree of the "two modernization" have an obvious positive relationship.There is an obvious positive relationship between the comprehensive development level and the coupling and coordination degree of the "two modernization",and the process of promoting the development of the "two modernization" in Jiangxi Province can improve the comprehensive development level of the "two modernization",so that the coupling and coordination development level of the "two modernization" in Jiangxi Province can be improved.Finally,the following suggestions are made: improve the level of economic development,increase the role of urban agglomeration radiation,increase investment in agricultural development,and strengthen the protection of ecological environment.
