Evaluation Of Coordinated Development Of Industrialization,informationization,urbanization,agricultural Modernization And Greenization In Hunan Province: Based On Coupling Coordination Model

Promoting the coordinated development of the new industrialization,informatization,urbanization,agricultural modernization and greenization is an important strategy of China's economic development nowadays,and it is also the latest achievement of the theory of coordinated development of China.The "Five Modernization" coordinated development theory pointed out a new strategic pathway for China's economic and social development.As for Hunan Province,its 13th"five-year plan" has proposed to promote the "Five Modernization" coordinated development,and pointed out that "Five Modernization" coordinated development is the only way for Hunan Province to build a well-off society and move towards modernization.Therefore,we start our work to analyze the current situation of the "Five Modernization" in Hunan province and the coordinated development degree among the five modernizations,and analyze the shortcomings and difficulties of the "Five Modernization" coordinated development in Hunan province.Based on this,we try to propose some effective policy suggestions for the "Five Modernization" in Hunan province,we think our work has important practical significance and theoretical value.Firstly,we search the relevant literatures on the coordinated development of "Five Modernization" both at home and abroad.From the perspective of synergetics,we explore the basic connotation and theoretical mechanism of the "Five Modernization".The conclusion is that the "Five Modernization" is an organic whole,they are interrelated,mutually promoted,and the essence is interaction,the core is integration,the key is synchronization.Secondly,based on the coupled coordination model,we make an empirical analysis on the coordinated development of "Five Modernization" in Hunan Province.We construct the comprehensive evaluation index system of "Five Modernization",then use the entropy method to synthesize the "Five Modernization" development index of Hunan province.On this basis,the coupled coordination model is built and the coupling degree and coordination degree of the "Five Modernization" in Hunan province from 1990 to 2014 are measured.The research shows that:(1)In recent years,The "Five Modernization" in Hunan province has achieved great success.For example,the industrialization has been in the later stage,and pace of the industrial upgrading is accelerating;The informatization construction speed is stable,meanwhile it has become a pillar industry;The urbanization development is accelerating;The agricultural modernization has been in maturity other than growing stage,the agricultural productive conditions have been greatly improved;the greenization development achieves a initial success,the GDP energy consumption and the main pollutant index begin to decline.(2)The coordinated development of "Five Modernization" in Hunan Province still faces many problems and challenges,for example,the level of urbanization has lagged behind the level of industrialization,land urbanization is higher than the population urbanization,the development of agricultural modernization and informatization are much lower,greenization is the largest short board.(3)The results of coupling degree and coordination degree of "Five Modernization" in Hunan Province indicate that:the coordination degree grows rapidly after 2006,while the coupling degree comes into a stagnant state,and the stagnation of coupling degree is not conducive to the further development of the "Five Modernization”.In addition,the levels of the 14 cities' "Five Modernization"synergistic development are quite different,which generally shows the east is better than the west.(4)The results of statistical test show that the coordination degree of"Five Modernization" in Hunan Province has a significant positive effect on the regional development quality such as economic development level,industrial structure level,urbanization level and ecological protection level.At the same time,the positive factors of "Five Modernization" coordinated development include some major economic and social development indicators such as economic development level,transportation infrastructure construction level,education level,investment,consumption and industrial structure and so on.Finally,we put forward some corresponding suggestions on how to promote the coordinated development of "Five Modernization" in Hunan Province.
