Evaluation Of Coordinated Development Level Of New Urbanization And Agricultural Modernization Of Anhui Province

Anhui Province is a large province of population and agriculture in central and eastern China,and is the first batched of comprehensive pilot areas of new urbanization announced by the state.Coordination is the inherent requirement of sustained and healthy development.Promoting the Synchronous Development of New Industrialization,Informatization,Urbanization and Agricultural Modernization is the Basic Idea of the 13 th Five-Year Plan of Anhui Province.Firstly,this paper expounds the theory of new urbanization,agricultural modernization and their coordinated development,and defines the connotation and characteristics of the two scientifically.Secondly,based on the two connotations and combined with the actual situation of Anhui Province,this paper selects time series data of Anhui Province from 2011 to 2016 to construct the evaluation model of the development level of new urbanization and agricultural modernization in Anhui Province by using random forest algorithm in open source software R language,and quantitatively analyzes the development of the two.With the help of GIS,this paper analyzes the spatial correlation between the development level of new urbanization and agricultural modernization and their coordinated development in Anhui Province.The results show that the Moran's I index of new urbanization and agricultural modernization in Anhui Province is positive and the value is large.It shows that Anhui Province has a very obvious spatial correlation at the level of new urbanization and agricultural modernization.Combined with LISA clustering analysis,it is found that high-high agglomeration are the main characteristics of the two spatial agglomeration,while low-low agglomeration are the secondary characteristics.Thirdly,the coordinated development level of new urbanization and agricultural modernization in Anhui Province was quantitatively analyzed by using the coupling coordination model and the random forest model evaluation results.The results show that the coordinated development level of new urbanization and agricultural modernization in Anhui Province from 2011 to 2016 doesn't shows a certain degree of spatial agglomeration like new urbanization or agricultural modernization themself,but the overall development situation is good.Finally,combined with the relevant research results andthe actual situation in Anhui Province,this paper briefly describes some problems in the coordinated development process of new urbanization and agricultural modernization in Anhui Province,as well as the policy recommendations for their healthy development.
