Research On The Coordinated Development Of New Urbanization And Agricultural Modernization In Henan Province

At present,the "three rural issues" are still fundamental issues related to the national economy and people’s livelihood.The rural revitalization strategy has attracted the attention of the Party Central Committee at the 19 th National Congress.In the final analysis,it is to let farmers live a happy life.To achieve this goal,we must realize agricultural modernization as soon as possible.The realization of rural revitalization is inseparable from the development of cities and towns.It is necessary to insist on walking on two legs.As a province with a large population and agriculture,the development of new urbanization and agricultural modernization in Henan Province is similar to my country to a certain extent.Based on this,this paper aims at Henan Province.The development of new urbanization and agricultural modernization in the province in the past two decades is analyzed.Based on the relevant index data of new urbanization and agricultural modernization in Henan Province from 2000 to 2020,this paper uses the entropy method to weight the data,and analyzes the respective comprehensive indicators of the two modernizations in Henan Province.A VEC model is established based on the comprehensive index of agricultural modernization criterion level indicators,combined with impulse response and variance decomposition calculation to analyze the interaction mechanism of the two industrializations in Henan Province,and finally,the coupling coordination model is used to analyze the coordinated development of the two industrializations in Henan Province as a whole and in various regions from 2001 to2020 situation and give advice.The empirical results show that,first of all,from the calculation and analysis results of the comprehensive level of the two industrializations,the overall comprehensive level of the two industrializations in Henan Province from 2000 to 2020 showed an upward trend.The contribution rate is the highest,from 2004 to 2020,the contribution rate of life urbanization to the new urbanization in Henan Province is the highest;the central Henan region has the highest comprehensive level of new urbanization among the five regions,and the eastern and northern Henan regions are lower;Development,from 2000 to 2013,the modernization of agricultural production conditions made the highest contribution rate to agricultural modernization,and from2014 to 2020,the contribution rate of agricultural comprehensive output benefits to agricultural modernization was the highest;for the development of agricultural modernization in various regions,from 2000 to 2007,the level of agricultural modernization in eastern Henan is the highest.From 2008 to 2016,the comprehensive index of agricultural modernization in southern Henan is the highest.From 2017 to2020,the comprehensive index of agricultural modernization in western Henan is the highest.Secondly,from the perspective of the interaction mechanism of the two industrializations,there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between the development of the two industrializations in Henan Province from 2000 to 2020.The modernization of agricultural production conditions and the comprehensive agricultural output benefits both promote the new urbanization of Henan Province,and the comprehensive agricultural production There is a causal relationship between the economic benefits and new-type urbanization.In the short term,the modernization of agricultural production conditions will hinder the new-type urbanization.In addition,when the short-term fluctuation of the dependent variable deviates from the long-term trend,the VEC model will bring the variable back to equilibrium with an adjustment of0.2963.From the perspective of the coordinated development of the two industrializations,the coordination value of new urbanization and agricultural modernization in Henan Province as a whole and in various regions showed an increasing trend from 2000 to 2020.From 2011 to 2020,the new urbanization and agricultural modernization in western Henan The improvement of coordination degree is the largest in eastern Henan,and the improvement in coordination degree of newtype urbanization and agricultural modernization in eastern Henan is the least.
