With the development of social economy,people's living standards have been continuously improved,tourism has become one of the strongest and largest industries in the global economy,and the rise of tourism has promoted the rapid development of the hotel industry.Compared with the development of most hotel industry in foreign countries,domestic hotel companies have significant shortcomings in infrastructure construction.China's hotel industry professionals shortage,the turnover rate of hotel industry in China is generally high and the comprehensive quality of grassroots employees is not high,which affects the hotel companies continue to develop.To this end,the establishment of a scientific staff training system to optimize the development of employee training related work is of great significance to improve the core competitiveness of the hotel and sustainable development of the hotel industry.First of all,based on the relevant theoretical basis of the domestic and international training system,this paper studies and analyzes the training status of different hotel companies.Then,taking Shandong Longkou Hotel as the research object,using learning organization theory,training demand analysis theory and theory of Kirkpatrick,based on the questionnaire survey method,literature research method and individual interview methods,analysis and investigation Shandong Longkou Hotel status of staff training system.In the long-term development process,due to the influence of various factors,the staff training management of Shandong Longkou Hotel is at a low level,and many problems existed in it.The actual training work is separated from the hotel's' development goals,lack of scientific training concepts,there has some problem with the training planning system,training implementation mechanism is unreasonable,without perfect training performance constraint mechanism,lack of integral training management system,which restricting the sustainable development of the hotel.T he reason is leaders give insufficient emphasis,lack of humane training concept and the overall quality and overall quality of employees are low.Then,one of the management problems Shandong Longkou Hotel urgently needs to solve is how to build a scientific staff training system,improve the overall quality of the workforce,and improve the overall competitiveness of the hotel.Secondly this paper combined with the characteristics of the actual situation of the hotel and its employees,specified the overall conception of staff training system optimization.Respond to hotel and employee needs,the analyze is based on the organizationgal needs,operational needs and associate's needs.In the training project design.optimized design for training plans,training programs,training courses and teaching methods.Training evaluation program is based on the interaction,knowledge,behavior and results.The last,the main measures for optimizing the employcee training system from the aspects of-establishing inspection team,building learning organization,strengthening training communication,and improving employee career planning guidance were proposed.In short,this paper aims to improve the effectiveness of employee training at Shandong Longkou Hotel,and improve hotel economic efficiency.At the same time,it is hoped that through the case study of the system,it will be the provide guidance for corporate hotel companies to optimize their employee training system.
