Hotel staff training has always been enterprise the hotel management talent's potential,improve customer satisfaction of breakthrough.With the rapid development of the society,the new age of Internet and knowledge-based economy comes into our vision.The hotel are brought higher demand about the development and training of HR under above condition.The establishment and perfection of training system is the emphasis and difficulties faced by enterprises.Hotel W,a four-star hotel in Dezhou,built in 2003,is the local government reception center with international business involved.This hotel has the leading position in the same industry in this city for many years.However,based on the current conditions,the original reserve of talents and resources are not able to satisfy the new strategic requirement and situation development resulting in a bottleneck.Generally,the most severe blind spot in human resource work of similar hotels in Dezhou and almost all small and medium-sized hotels in China is the employee training in.Therefore,the main issue in this thesis is focused on the optimization design of employee training system to continuously improve the brand awareness and overall competitiveness based on the current training conditions.Taken hotel W as the study object,the relevant theories and models of domestic and foreign staff training as the guide,through questionnaires,interviews and internal information inspection,this paper firstly learn about the existing in staff training system of the hotel,find out its problems and analyses the reason.Then,through the Principle of theoretical contact actual,propose the training objectives and ideas,according to the analysis of training needs,make a detailed training plan and implementation plan,establish a new evaluation analysis and transformation mechanism,and put forward a series of implementation safeguard measures for training system,improved an employee training system for the hotel.The results of this paper have been applied to the W Hotel,and achieved fruitful training effect with enhancing the capacity of the hotel personnel training,prompting the W hotel for the fast development in the industry.In addition,the results of this research for China's hotel industry,especially for the training management of hotel having public reception established by government provides a certain reference value and theoretical guidance.
