With the advent of the knowledge economy era, human capital has become the basic element which reflects the core competitive advantage of an enterprise. While since training acting as an important means of the human capital development in enterprises, how to establish and apply the training system appropriately to promote the common development of enterprises and employees has now become a hot study spot in the field of training.According to the survey, which is conducted in a customer service department of an educational institution, the researcher indicates that the structure of training design in this department is fractured and compartmentalized, lacking of scientific and systematic training framework and system. The training method is outmoded and simplex, failing to keep pace with the times. The choice of training content is not able to well reflect enterprises' development strategy and effectively promote employee development. In terms of training effects monitoring, the customer service department does not form effective assessment tools and processes yet. The training maintenance is failing to connect with the employees' performance appraisal system. To sum up, the current training scheme of this department does not well meet the demands of training and a reasonable optimization of training scheme establishing a systematic training system, is urgently needed.Research Content: In this article, separately from the object, channel, content, mode,method, system of training and the corresponding construction process, the researcher systematically analyses the problem of the existing training program of the customer service department. Basing on the problems existing in current training system, the researcher describes the process of optimization, in turn, via the dimensions of design objective, design principle, design ideas and design contents. After a complete optimization program of training system has been formed, a comparative study of its practical application results is carried out by the researcher from the aspects of business benefits, operating level, management efficiency, business skills, employee quality and employee satisfaction, in order to verify the rationality of establishing this optimization scheme. At last, from the level of organization,system, process, hardware facilities investment, budget and strategy, the researcher attempts to provide a systematic and systematic implementation of the new training system.Article Conclusion: A complete set of employee training system, which provides a structural integrity and good earnings, It has a strong theoretical and practical significance, for it not only consolidates the theoretical basis of the curriculum development for the department in the future, but also provides reference data for other similar agencies to optimize training program. Meanwhile, the establishment is able to effectively support the implementation of service oriented talent training program and to solve a series of problems of enterprise service courses development.
