With the agricultural machinery market becoming saturated and the overall quality of Chinese farmers gradually improving,the agricultural machinery market puts higher demands on the employees' business capabilities.At present,the employees of agricultural machinery enterprises in China are still far from mastering the sales skills and mechanical knowledge.By constructing a scientific staff training system,improving the overall quality of employees and creating a high-level workforce is the primary problem that China's agricultural machinery enterprises need to solve.Therefore,this article takes SYBY agricultural machinery sales company as the research object.Through the research on the construction and optimization of its staff training system,it provides new countermeasures for agricultural product sales enterprises to enhance their business capabilities and comprehensive quality,thereby improving market competitiveness and achieving sustainable development.Based on the elements of staff training system,this thesis analyzes the present situation of SYBY's employee training,which include employee training organization system and process system.Using the questionnaire survey and field interviews and other research methods,we analyzes the attitude of employees towards to the firm's current training system.Based on the results of the survey,we found that SYBY company staff training system existing three major problems: The staff training management and security system is not perfect;Training implementation process lacks standardization as well as the training method and content are not reasonable.Further analysis found that the above problems were caused by imperfect training organization structure,unsound training management system,incomplete implementation of training center work,lack of guarantee of training team and teachers,lack of monitoring and evaluation of training implementation process,and unclear rights and responsibilities.In this regard,this paper proposes the optimization strategy of employee training system for SYBY company from course design,training method selection,training process control and evaluation and feedback of employee training results and so on.The deficiency of this thesis is that it does not take into account the influence of the influencing factors of employee training effect.In addition,this thesis finished mainly based on traditional research methods such as questionnaire and interview,so the quantitative research is not sufficient,which is the main limitation of this study.Future research can focus on the evaluation of influencing factors of employee training.Optimizing employee-training system from key influencing factors based on quantitative model.
