After the financial crisis, the economy continues to improve development and tourism ledding, Reinforce the solid foundation for the development of the hotel industry. The burgeoning hotels have mushroomed continue to rise, many international hotel enterprises to participate into the domestic hotel industry market, intensified competition between the Hotel and Investment Company, the development and operation of the domestic hotel facing more severe globalization, information technology, product and service qualityefficient systems and workforce diversity, social challenges, and thus put forward new requirements for employee training and development work on all types of hotels. Part of the hotels in domestic have been integrate with international facilities and services and reached a considerable level, but there are still training such as training concept behind mechanisms are inadequate training, lack of personnel professional training. The object of this paper-GH Hotel staff training is also true. GH Hotel is a government reception and open for business star hotel, hotel staff training has been associated with the operation and development continues to this day from the hotel opened, and continue to update and improve the training content and methods, but has not yet formed a scientifically sound training system,the training has not yet made a breakthrough, not through training real hotel enhance economic efficiency and overall competitiveness.Author use questionnaires, statistical analysis, interviews, literature research and case studies and other research methods, in-depth study by GH Hotel background, operating characteristics, human resources, especially staff training and research, and in accordance withauthor had to work at the GH Hotel, participate in the training of teaching experience, and learned the actual situation that the hotel operators to create success year after year, but staff training is still in the primitive stage. After the analysis of the human resources situation thoroughly adequate, training needs survey, staff training problems, defects of its training system, existing problems the defects of its training system, improve and design new training system.Features of this article is that the combination of the strategic management of human resources, training of scientific management method, systems thinking and specific circumstances of GH hotel, after in-depth research and practice, Based on the original human resources management and training accumulation, proposed feasibility of specific training measures and to promote the program with targeted, the proposed plan, proposal, the funds required for investment in affordable, strong practicability and maneuverability. The main innovation is that measures to promote training course system design and training.In short, the new and improved training system has a strong,practical guiding the GH Hotel training, play an intrinsic role in boosting the sustained and healthy development of this hotel, I also want to play a theoretical reference and ideas Significance of the same type hotel. However, due to the limited level of my personal capacity, the GH Hotel new training system and the training reform measures proposed which built by myself is still a lack of practice tests, so if the training system is put into the practical work of training, will encounter a variety of problems and difficulties, still needs to be trimmed according to the specific circumstances and Improvement.
