The hotel industry has an integral role for the rapid development of tourism. In recent years, it is a difficult problem that restricts the development of hotel industry for the lack of professional talents of the hotel industry and the overall low quality of employees and the staff of the instability with rapid development of China’s hotel industry. However, the most important is to optimize the development of the hotel training system lag at present with more and more outstanding issues about the traditional training methods and means of staff training, training low efficiency and training evaluation, etc. The article take SLQH as research objec to in-depth analysis of the problems and causes of hotel staff training based on the comprehensive review of relevant research at home and abroad, further we use of PDCA circulation method to optimize the hotel staff training system, and make the appropriate security measures to enhance the level of staff training ultimately.Firstly, the article through to the domestic and foreign scholars about the hotel staff training related achievements summarized the full text research foundation. Secondly, the article expounds the related theories involved in the research. Secondly, the article relates to elaborate theoretical studies such as SAT system type theoretical training, Patricia Kirk training effectiveness evaluation model and so on. Thirdly, the article analyzes the internal and external environment facing the development of hotel S and S-depth analysis of the training staff and the reasons for the problems in-depth analysis. Fourthly, the article is based on the PDCA cycle method to optimization SLQH employee training system, and explains the steps and methods to develop training programs, training programs implementation, training effect and checking the results of training transformation. Finally, the article puts forward the corresponding safeguards from the organization building, create a training environment, effective communication and staff career management.
