With the advancement of economic globalization,the scale of enterprises has expanded significantly,and its branches have become increasingly large.As a result,the traditional financial management methods can no longer meet the requirements of the development and growth of enterprises at this stage.It is extremely urgent for enterprise groups to reform their financial management methods and establish a future-oriented corporate finance department.As a new type of financial management,financial sharing service is one of the means for enterprises to carry out financial innovation.Based on standardizing and simplifying the internal business processes of the company,it can reduce the operating costs of enterprises,support the expansion of enterprise scale,realize online risk monitoring and support corporate strategic decisions.However,the financial sharing started late in China.The domestic successful experience that Chinese enterprises can learn from is insufficient.So what difficulties will encounter in the construction process of financial shared service center,whether the financial shared service center constructed can fully realize the enterprise's the original intention of the group and how to carry out continuous optimization and improvement after the completion of the financial shared service center are worthy of in-depth exploration.This thesis uses the case analysis method to describe the reasons,process and achievements of LT Group's financial shared service center.It analyzes the existing problems of the first construction phase,points out the problems faced in the second phase of construction,and proposes corresponding optimization countermeasures of the financial shared service center.The body content is mainly composed of four parts.The first part is the theoretical analysis,which defines the concept,and introduces formation and development,existing models,the scope,advantages and disadvantages of financial sharing services.The second part is the analysis of the necessity of LT Group to build a financial shared service center.It introduces the overview of LT Group,and analyzes the defects of LT Group's traditional financial management methods,the conditions,and the significance of the LT Group's construction of a financial shared service center.The third part is the construction process and implementation effect of LT Group's Financial Shared Service Center.It focuses on the analysis of the functional objectives,construction planning,organization management,information platform and business process setting.Also,this part evaluates the implementation effect of the center.The fourth part is the analysis of the existing problems and optimization design of LT Group's Financial Shared Service Center.It points out LT Group has major problems in business processes,internal control,information systems,personnel training and performance evaluation.In response to these problems,there are some feasible solutions: first,it should process standardization construction,set up emergency document priority processing mechanism,and optimize the task pool;second,it should combine make on-site auditing with system auditing,docking financial and business system;third,it is necessary to optimize information system module,build financial cloud,mine the value of financial data;fourth,the LT group need to improve employee training system,set up employee rotation system;fifth,as for the financial shared service center,it is important to use key performance indicators and the balanced scorecard to improve the performance evaluation system,for employees,the organization should evaluate the performance based on quality,quantity,efficiency and attitude of service.This thesis can enrich the research on the construction of financial shared service centers and financial innovations,and can supplement the research on the continuous optimization design of financial shared service centers.In addition,this thesis can provide guidance and reference for the second phase construction and all-round management of the LT Group's Financial Shared Service Center.Last but not least,the experience in the construction of the LT Group's Financial Shared Service Center has reference significance for the large enterprises or multinational enterprises in China which want to build financial shared service centers in the future.
