In recent years,with the rapid development of the natural gas market,the annual growth rate of natural gas consumption has exceeded 16%.According to the "development" of natural gas in Zhejiang Province in 13 th Five-Year "plan" of Zhejiang province in 2020,natural gas in primary energy structure in the proportion will be increased from 5.2% in 2016 to 10%,from 2016 8 billion 800 million to 2020 16 billion increase,the future huge increment.As the eastern coastal located Z Natural Gas Company Limited(hereinafter referred to as Z)can seize the natural gas market demand the opportunity to break through the existing capacity constraints,to further expand the market share of natural gas in Zhejiang Province,continue to consolidate the Z company in Zhejiang Province,the natural gas market an important position,formulate the development strategy of the company's internal and external business environment it is very urgent and important.From the perspective of company's decision-making level,the author makes some researches on how to improve Z's future development strategy through literature review,business interview and case analysis.Through the domestic and foreign related literature and combing,using a large amount of data to the analysis of the Z gas company's internal and external environment,and through PEST,SWOT analysis and five forces model of strategic management tools with the knowledge and theory of strategic management,the type of development strategy suitable for Z's research,put forward Z for the growth oriented development strategy,should be based on the existing liquefied natural gas market in business strategy,expand its production capacity but also to fully tap the potential demand for both markets,increase development of liquefied natural gas market efforts,continue to expand the scope of business.This paper studies the growth strategy of Z company,which helps the company achieve long-term development goals and vision,enhance the competitiveness of the company,and achieve the sustainable development of the company in the process.
