Research On The Application Of ITSM System Based On ITSS

"Software" and "service" has become an important trend of the information industry of our country,IT services is the IT industry's new competitive focus.Information technology has gradually formed a software applications and IT services as the leading new pattern for China's computer information system integrators to bring new business transformation and upgrading opportunities.How to effectively improve IT service delivery capacity and contract SLA reach rate,improve IT service provider's IT service quality and customer satisfaction,and shape its own core competitive advantage,has become the key to the development of IT operation and maintenance services industry increasingly fierce challenge Information systems integrators transition to IT operation and maintenance service providers urgently need to solve the problem of universality.On the basis of domestic and foreign research summary and IT service management theory,this paper makes a comparative study of the ITIL service management framework in the UK and the ITSM reference model of IBM,CA,and the ITSS IT service management system and the capability maturity model.Based on the status of the application of ITSM system in our country on the current situation and problems of XY company's IT service management is analyzed,summed up the XY company's IT service management application status,business challenges and the status quo of the application for insufficient service ability construction,loss of service delivery specification,service tools and some problems such as resource input.With XY company as an empirical case study,studies the implementation of ITSM system based on ITSS application,including the construction of IT service management system,the construction of service desk functions,as well as surrounding ITSS four elements and the eight ability to carry out the process specifications of construction,etc.Based on the research and analysis,it is considered that the ITM-based ITSM system can effectively improve the IT service delivery capability and SLA of the information system integrator,and improve the IT service quality and customer satisfaction of the IT service provider.The information system integrator IT operation and maintenance service provider transformation to provide a solid and reliable IT service operation guarantee.
