Communication industry is the people's livelihood industry.The healthy development of the communication industry is the foundation and premise for the national people to enjoy all kinds of information-based convenient life.As the leading enterprises in China's communication industry,several state-owned communication operators are in the forefront of the reform of state-owned enterprises for a long time,not only to protect the development of the national communication industry,but also to "Increase speed and Drop charges" for the people to enjoy the information life,and to ensure the healthy and orderly development of their own.Facing the new market environment and the growing competition,China Telecom,one of the three major telecom operators in China,has carried out a vigorous reform of contracting organizations from top to bottom.Through decentralization and reform mechanism,China Telecom can stimulate the vitality and enhance the operational efficiency of enterprises.This article,taking Wuxi Telecom as the background,discusses the operation and management of the contracted management unit of Wuxi Telecom from the aspects of optimizing the restructuring,evaluation,marketing guidance,rights system,and support system of the contract management unit.This paper first summarizes the current situation of the operation and management of the Wuxi Telecom contracted management unit and analyzes the existing problems in the management of the telecom contracting operation,then analyzes the management environment and resource advantages of Wuxi Telecom,and puts forward the general ideas and main strategies to improve the contract management in Wuxi,and then probes into the responsibility unit of the Wuxi Telecom contracting management.In order to optimize and reorganize,the three contract system of "territoriality + professional + industry" of Wuxi Telecom is put forward,and then we discuss the concrete plans of the contract team organization,the internal grid management of the contract unit and the rules of income landing.On this basis,a better contract management is put forward from the aspects of the evaluation content,the income target,the customer service,the customer maintenance and the incentive sharing.In the end,the paper also puts forward a complete set of measures to improve the contract management of Wuxi Telecom from the aspects of constructing the inverted triangle support and service system,perfecting the right allocation of the contracted management unit and strengthening the reverse assessment right.
