With the rapid development of China's national economy,the new growth of the internet economy springs up,which is relying on the development of the telecommunications industry in recent years.Gradually,the domestic telecommunications market also appears to saturation,and the market competition between three major telecommunication operators has been further exacerbated,which stimulates higher requirements upon operator's service level and management skills.How to adapt to changes in the development of the industry,and continuously enhance the competitiveness of enterprises has become a common task for telecommunications industry.Under fierce market competition,telecommunication operators should optimize the past extensive management methods,innovate development model and continue to stimulate team vitality,through optimization of organizational structure,management style and performance evaluation,to enhance the vitality of team development and balance the company's efficiency and personal development,finally complete the steady growth in efficiency.B branch,as a local branch of prefecture-level city,responsible for the company's business development in the region and the entire connection work,develops steadily with the development of the company.Primary business unit plays a significant role on how to continue enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises and achieve sustainable development of enterprises.The thesis focusing on the combination of industry background,the MBA theoretical foundation and practical experience,studies the current situation of the basic unit integral system operation which is relying on the marketing system.According to certain calculation,it retrieves data from from the primary responsibility unit service system to find out the ways to stimulate the performance evaluation in the communication industry,so as to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the employees and accomplish the effective performance appraisal which is directly linked the income and performance together.
