Study On All Service Support & Operation System Backgroud Telecom Reorganization

This paper is focus on the characters of the telecommunications enterprise's all service operation under the telecommunications industry reorganization background. Through deeply analyse the telecommunications industry development trend and market competitions, research on functions architecture, application architecture and infrastructure architecture of all service support system for support telecommunications companies increasingly complex all service. This paper also combined the situation of Chinese telecommunications industry restructuring, the international telecommunications industry all service development trend and the three major domestic telecom operators situation, comparative analysis the strengths and weaknesses of each telecom operator for their all service operation support system and come up the support strategy for all service operations.This paper quotation SAM (Strategic Alignment Model) theory,used information systems planning methodology of vertical and horizontal cross-analysis, combined the author long time planning and construction experience in china mobile business operation support system, deeply analyses the planning of china mobile's business operation support system for all service and the challenges brought by short, medium and long-term development of business support system, as well as the long-term objectives, design principles, architecture planning and the evolution strategies etc. This article give some clear reform ideas and suggestions for china mobile to meet the all service operations .In this paper, comparative analysis were used as research methods,through study on the status of the three domestic major operators after telecommunications reorganization ,reference to the history and status of foreign operators, and in accordance with the telecommunications industry eTom (Enhanced Telecom Operations Map) to find out the model of evolution strategy and the future structure for business support system, comparative analysis functions, architecture and comprehensive ability of the three major domestic telecom operators situation ,come up business operation support system for all service challenges and building requirements.
