With the accelerated evolution of interest rate marketization and the deepening of financial system reform,commercial banks are facing intensified competition,narrowing interest spreads and increasing difficulties in maintaining sustained and rapid growth of profits.Especially in the new situation of increasingly stringent financial supervision environment and rapid development of Internet finance,it brings new challenges to the operation and management of commercial banks.Promote banks to re-examine the inherent business management model,speed up management transformation through new ideas and means,and seek new breakthroughs to achieve "strong management,increase efficiency".As an important part of supporting business management decision-making,the financial management transformation of commercial banks has become a general trend.The financial management based on the shared service mode meets the requirements of commercial banks to integrate resources and improve efficiency.As an important means of financial management transformation,the implementation of Financial Shared Service Center has played a positive role in strengthening internal control,strengthening risk management,improving financial management ability and improving operational management efficiency,and has a very important practical significance.In this paper,the Financial Shared Service Center of Gansu Bank is taken as the research object,and its operation and management are studied dynamically.Firstly,by studying the connotation and essence of Financial Shared service,this paper summarizes the main contents and functional characteristics,and summarizes the application status and effect of Financial Shared Service Mode in domestic commercial banks.Secondly,on the basis of a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the operation status of the Financial Shared Service Center of Gansu Bank,the problems in its operation and management are clarified.On this basis,according to the upgrading management mode with business development and strategic adjustment,in order to promote the continuous strengthening of financial shared service capabilities and enhance the value-driven impact on the development of banks,this paper puts forward the objectives and principles of optimizing the Financial Shared Service Center of Gansu Bank.From five aspects of organization orientation,business process,information system,operation management and risk management,this paper elaborates the expected effect of optimization of Financial Shared Service center,and puts forward the safeguard measures for implementation of optimization.From the perspective of financial management of commercial banks,this paper studies the optimization of Financial Shared Service Center after its construction.On the basis of theoretical research,this paper promotes the improvement and adjustment of the management mode of Financial Shared Service center of Gansu Bank,and provides practical reference value for the construction and management of Financial Shared Service Center of other domestic financial institutions,especially small and medium-sized banks and urban commercial banks.
