The Financial Shared Service Center has gone through the budding period and the pilot period in China,and has now entered a period of vigorous development.The emergence and development of Financial Shared Service Center can be said to have a profound impact on the financial sector,which can reduce costs,strengthen group management,promote financial transformation,promote financial intelligence and support corporate strategy.In recent years,more and more enterprises in China have begun to establish Financial Shared Service Center.However,due to the fact that China's Financial Shared Service Center has been started many years later than abroad,the overall development level is also low.Therefore,many difficulties have been encountered in the actual application processes.There are a lot of problems that need to be improved and optimized.C Group's Financial Shared Service Center was established in Suzhou in 2011 and has been in operation for nearly eight years.It currently serves approximately 200 companies.After the establishment of the center,it has achieved fruitful results and has played an important role in the C Group.But it also has encountered some problems.Therefore,the optimization research of C Group's Financial Shared Service Center will greatly benefit the development of the center and C Group.This paper takes C Group's Financial Shared Service Center as the research object.The first chapter is the introduction,which covers the research background and significance,the literature reviews,the main content of the research and the research methods adopted.The second chapter introduces the relevant theories and theoretical bases of Financial Shared Service Center.In the third chapter of this paper,the C Group is briefly introduced and explains the reasons why C Group established the Financial Shared Service Center..Then it.introduces the.basic.situations.of.C Group's.FinancialShared Service Center and the results achieved since its operation.Finally,the main problems of the C Group's Financial Shared Service Center are analyzed in depth.The fourth chapter is the optimization design chapter,which is also the focus and difficulty of this paper.It includes three parts: optimization principles,optimization goals and optimization designs.Based on the latest research results and drawing on the successful experience of domestic and foreign companies,this paper makes a set of optimization design from four aspects: organizational structure,business process,performance evaluation and information system.The fifth chapter proposes the supporting measures that should be implemented to ensure the success of the optimization.The sixth chapter summarizes the paper and points out the inadequacies and unique significance of this paper.Finally,it puts forward suggestions for the future development of C Group's Financial Shared Service Center,and looks forward to the future development trend of Financial Shared Service Center.The optimization research of C Group's Financial Shared Service Center can help solve the problems existing in C Group's Financial Shared Service Center,so as to continuously improve the operation effect and service quality of the center,so that the center can be fully optimized and provide guidances for its future development.In addition,this paper can also provide references and experience for the construction and optimization of Financial Shared Service Center of other enterprises.
