Research On The Optimization Of Financial Shared Service Center Of A Group

With the continuous growth of the enterprise group,the general corporation and its subsidiaries establish the financial department and accounting system separately,which forms the decentralized financial accounting and management mode.In terms of the corporation group,the decentralized financial management mode restricts their controlling ability,which leading to the low-efficiency management and the high operation cost.It also can't guarantee the information quality due to the statistical error.With the development of the technology,it forms a new creative financial management mode----Financial Shared Service center(FSSC),which can solve the above problems.However,after practicing the new FSSC method for years,many domestic corporation groups still haven't reached the ideal effect.Under this situation,this paper mainly research on how the corporation groups apply the theory with practice in order to optimize the new FSSC management mode.This paper takes the FSSC optimization of A group as an example.Firstly,on the basis of research background and significance,it expounds the literature review and basic theory of financial sharing service(FSS).Secondly,it briefly introduces the basic situation of A group and the basic situation of A group's FSSC.Thirdly,the A group's FSSC operations are analyzed in terms of effectiveness and problems.Fourthly,it puts forward the idea of optimizing the operation of FSSC,and separately carries on the optimized design to the organization structure,the business process,the service level,the information platform and the performance management of the A Group's FSSC in five aspects.Then,it puts forward four key steps to ensure the optimal design of operation.Finally,summarizing the research conclusion and looking forward for the future.
