| With the advancement of economic globalization and technology,competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.Various multinational companies and large enterprises have begun to develop at a high speed,the scale of business is constantly expanding,and there are more and more branches.The traditional financial management model has been difficult to meet the needs of business management and the expansion of strategic territory.A new type of management model,financial shared services,came into being.It is based on the financial business process,re-engineering and optimizing the process,relying on information technology,and providing professional,standardized,and process internal and external customers from a market perspective.The service has brought many aspects of efficiency and competitiveness to the enterprise,and it is becoming the choice of more and more Fortune 500 companies and large group companies.This article selects the financial sharing service center of Group B as the analysis object.First,the relevant literature and materials of financial shared services were studied and sorted out,and then the implementation motivation,operation system,and operation effect of Group FSSC were sorted out,summarized,and evaluated.It is found through research that Group B's financial shared service center has certain problems or areas that can be optimized in terms of business processes,information systems,internal communication,personnel management,and technical risk prevention and control.For the areas that are still worth improving and optimization,this article starts from The business process flow,information system,internal communication,personnel management,and technical risk prevention and control have proposed practical and specific optimization strategies.It is hoped that it will serve as a reference for Group B,to promote the better development of its FSSC and allow financial sharing services to play a greater role. |
