Research On Optimization Of Z Company Financial Shared Service Center

In recent years,the global economy and trade have become more closely interdependent.Under the new competitive situation,it is a general trend for companies to make financial reform to adapt to changes in the operating environment.A financial shared service center is the main mode of this reform.Many companies in China have established or are preparing to establish a financial shared service center.However,while this model brings many benefits to the company,there are still many problems that need to be solved urgently,and the operation of the centers must be continuously improved.The business scale of Z company expands rapidly,and as such,in order to support the company's strategic development better,it gradually builds a financial shared service center to make financial reform.After implementing the center,Z Company has achieved positive results,but also encountered many problems in the operation phase.As such,it has become an task of paramount importance for Z company to optimize its own financial sharing service model.This article takes Z Company as case study,and firstly briefly introduces the current situation of the establishment of Z Company's financial shared service center.It then analyzes problems in its operation process from four aspects,namely organizational structure,business process,information system and personnel management,combining this with the related theory,questionnaire survey and case study.This article finally points out the most optimal direction according to the development of the company.In addition,the corresponding supporting measures were designed so as to ensure the smooth progress of its optimization plan.This paper hopes that it can continue to optimize solutions to the problems in the operation of the Z company's financial shared service center at this stage through the research on the center.Concurrently,this study hopes that it can give practical reference to other Internet companies in optimizing financial sharing services,and provide guidance for corporate financial governance.
