| There is a complementary relationship between system flow and company business process when material management information system seems as an important tool of the enterprise management standardization,management informatization and management automation.It also plays an inseparable role to improve the enterprise management efficiency and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.This thesis relies on the Shanghai Municipal Electric Power Company?s development project named collective enterprise material management information system as a case study.The system flow of material master data,material procurement,material contracts,sales materials and materials storage is analyzed in detail.And it combines BPM,business process reengineering,cost control and other related project management idea to improve process management design of control system.Business process integration scheme of “part concentration,hierarchical management” is introduced to solve the problem which is brought by enterprise single distributed material management process and single centralized material management process.Improvement of process is typical and universal for most enterprises which apply the material system.Through the actual operation of material management information system,enterprise material management process can be optimized to ensure the flexible specification management of enterprise material.It will guarantee the quality and quantity at the same time to speed up the inventory turnover rate,to improve the staff's efficiency,to strengthen the management of materials information,to reduce procurement costs,and to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.Then it will carry out the visualization of construction supply chain to formed a relatively complete management system,business system and security system.Materials service ability should get comprehensive promotion and the goal of ?intensive material resources? will be achieved gradually. |
