In the Chinese railway construction is developing rapidly today,between the railway construction enterprises increasing competition,including mechanical equipment,engineering project is an important part of the construction of important resources and materials for the construction cost of construction enterprises has become the focus of exploration project profit.How to manage the production and operation of various business processes of the professional management has become an urgent need to consider and solve the problem of railway construction enterprises.In this paper,through the questions,analyze and solve problems,the solution of the railway construction enterprise equipment management,modify the relevant business processes,and through the evaluation of the performance,the railway construction enterprise equipment management in all business process units are analyzed,suggestions are given to optimize the management goal.Details are as follows:(1)From the concept and characteristics of the equipment and material management of railway construction enterprise,summed up its basic theory,and combining the methods of process optimization,summarizes the basic theory of equipment and materials management process optimization and equipment management performance evaluation.(2)The establishment of railway construction enterprise equipment material management process optimization procedures,research design status of the equipment and materials management,materials management,quality of personnel from the equipment leasing procurement plan management,on-site deployment,inventory management and other aspects of transceiver and supplier of enterprise equipment management problems.(3)Reviewing the railway construction enterprise business process management,the establishment of enterprise materials management equipment implementation steps,the scientific division of equipment and materials management business process unit,and each needle from the organization and system construction and management mode,competition mechanism and management of equipment and material were optimized and the provisions of the problem,and re design flow chart,combined with process optimization the input and output conditions,the completion of the railway construction enterprise equipment and material management activities BPI.(4)Proposed railway construction materials management business equipment performance evaluation model based on Entropy and TOPSIS combination of methods to establish their performance evaluation system,combined with the large-scale railway construction enterprises China Railway 22 th Bureau Group,a construction company project as a case study,it enterprise BPI quantitative results after more clear,to provide reference for the rationalization of business decision-makers.
