With the utilization of ERP system,thousands of business tracks are inputted into the system.However,system always shows a negative inventory of the final product with the requirement for sales.Supplier provide in-process product to material warehouse.When supplier provide wrong business invoice or wrong product quantity,the enterprise have no choice but to accept the supply.This kind of situation is extremely time-consuming for the A/R process or A/P process.By summarizing research results of the Business Process Reengineering theory at domestic and abroad,this article introduces the producing background,theory source,essential character,etc.Moreover,we also introduces the redesigning principle of process under the economy mechanism transformation.The furious customer competition and the fast development of information technology change the enterprise management fundamentally,which contributes to the process redesigning theory.In this article,we take G company as the example and assume the latest ERP system that contributes to process improvement and the combination of systems.We assume current company ERP system.The system occurs a series of problems,like the account and material discrepancies,delivery delay,poor product quality and so on.In order to solve these problems,the company must pay more money and labor on it leading to a vicious cycle.Basing on the philosophy of improving customer service,we optimize enterprise flow chart through a logical and reasonable process,which could solve current existing issues.The new process could simplify the process,improve enterprise management performance,format and integrate data.
