With the continuous development of domestic enterprise information management, ERP systems have become an effective way to improve the level of information industries, to solve management bottlenecks. Contrast between the old processes and recycling processes, the improvement of the organization from the management system, aspects of the process of enforceability, construction, information transmission efficiency, information systems, such as assessing the effectiveness of the process reengineering program.In order to implement the curing process reengineering results, this thesis focuses on the use of SAP R/3 system to achieve standardized operation of power supplies management, and process reengineering to achieve the desired goal.In this thesis, the design process will be implemented SAP material batch management and systems integration solutions to analyze and research focus. Elaborated a detailed analysis of business requirements, key technologies, demonstrate the use of related key technologies to achieve improved customer of the entire design process. And the relevant safety requirements on the system after running the line, the data storage requirements, disaster recovery strategies are analyzed and design. Finally, the effect of the implementation of several aspects of the corresponding SAP process reengineering before analyzes elaborated from all angles. It is enhanced that the use of SAP system is fruitful.This thesis involves reengineering program, SAP systems implementation and use of SAP systems are power supplies in a company’s management reform is proven operability and reliability. Power supplies company through a transformation of this series, the reorganization of the internal structure of the supply chain, the original business process reengineering, business sector architecture is optimized to achieve innovative management philosophy and improve economic efficiency. Implement the use of new SAP systems and information management to achieve flat, division of labor specialization, intensification system has laid a solid foundation.Through the successful SAP R/3 system implementation, the results of the implementation process reengineering, proved to be able to meet the business needs of the current period power enterprise materials management can play to improve the transmission efficiency of logistics information, reduce the costs and enhance the competitiveness of the company.
