WELcompany as the multinational EMS (Electron Manufacture Serve) a member also came tothe Suzhou Industrial Park.But in recent years, with China’s labor costs increased, many factors of RMBappreciation of the role, EMS profit space is compressed constantly, because EMScompany specific operating environment, EMS enterprises do not have the research anddevelopment of new products, more emphasis in operation management, materialsmanagement, quality management and process control in the enterprise. Especially thehuman management, as one of the main direction of the main cost of EMS enterprisecontrol, personnel work, work flow, total investment and decision of the enterprise profitlargely. Warehouse as a personnel department EMS in huge is certainly no exception.This article research is through the current flow problems of raw material warehousefor production department of material supply, in fully staffed, equipment relativelycomplete in the overall efficiency has not reached the saturated situation was often suppliesnot, often to the production line of complaints, resulting in the production line shutdown1/3, this paper uses the scientific method for in-depth analysis and research, as the basis ofthe business process reengineering theory, using the causal graph analysis method throughthe5ways analysis to find the fundamental reasons, and find the fundamental problemoccurs because the internal operation process, warehouse, and the crux of the problem was found through further analysis of potential failure modes, it is a special company neglectedwarehouse in the design of warehouse process operation but one-sided to a part of the workprocess of warehouse, production line, which leads to the separation of theory and practice,leading to the warehouse manager in the work process be kept constantly on the run but torecruit more complaints.The author use the operation flow chart and the value flow chart, two-way analysis,for the design of the actual work of the company operating procedures and the use of thepotential failure mode risk analysis further to validate the feasibility of the theory, at thesame time, the actual analysis and practice verification by the company data, obtainedwithout adding staff. To greatly reduce the production line shutdown time, improvecustomer satisfaction, improve work efficiency and reduce human use, save manpowercost, find solutions in the warehouse of the company very difficult occasion, to establishthe actual operation and management strategy is more suitable for electronic processingservice enterprise material delivery system, so as to improve the profitability of enterprisescapacity and competitiveness.
