With the rapid development of Chinese economy,more and more Chinese enterprises begin to choose the development strategy of scale expansion.The continuous increase of business volume makes it difficult for the time-consuming and laborious traditional accounting model to meet the realistic needs of enterprise operation and development.At the same time,the rapid development of information technology brings new opportunities for accounting treatments.The financial shared service center,a new form of organization depends on the full use of modern information technology,which can greatly improve the efficiency and service quality of financial processing.Therefore,more and more Chinese enterprises improve their traditional accounting model by introducing the financial shared services center,in order to achieve financial processing efficiency and service quality,and reduce the operation cost of enterprises.The enterprise A selected in this paper is in the stage of rapid development,with large business volume,numerous and scattered subsidiaries.Considering the control of the subsidiary company and the future business expansion of the group,enterprise A decided to introduce the financial shared service center.In fact,the implementation of financial shared service center is a process of gradual promotion and optimization.During this period,enterprises will face various problems,so they should do these step by step.Therefore,how to achieve continuous optimization and improvement is the motivation and focus of this paper.Through normative research method and case analysis,this paper deeply analyzes the implementation of financial shared service center in enterprise A.Specifically,in the first,the basic concept,implementation basis,optimization necessity and frame design of financial shared service center are analyzed theoretically.Then,combining with the financial sharing optimization scheme of enterprise A,based on the analysis of the background,the necessity and the process of the financial sharing service,the characteristics and problems of the financial sharing service of the enterprise A are revealed.Finally,aiming at the problems existing in the process of financial sharing service in enterprise A,the optimization suggestions are put forward from six aspects,such as strategic orientation,process reengineering,financial personnel arrangement,financial sharing information system,performance appraisal and internal control.The practice of financial sharing service is still in the primary stage in our country,taking enterprise A as an example,this paper scientifically and reasonably analyzes the common problems existing in the process of implementing financial sharing services,and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.This is not only conducive to the optimization and improvement of the financial shared service center of enterprise A,but also has a certain reference role for similar enterprises to implement the financial shared service center.
