Based on the understanding of relevant performance theory and scholars' research results,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey on the performance evaluation of the company based on the opinions of relevant scholars and company managers,and finds that the performance evaluation system of middling managers in the company is optimized.The evaluation index is inconsistent with the corporate strategy and job responsibilities.The application of the assessment results is unscientific and the monitoring mechanism is missing.The reasons why the company lacks the emphasis on the performance evaluation and the implementation of the operation are analyzed.According to the existing problems,this paper selects the appropriate assessment principles and conducts the optimization design of the assessment system according to the specific assessment ideas.Firstly,the KRIF model is used to optimize the performance indicators from four aspects:key performance,daily performance,major events and future performance Design;and the use of analytic hierarchy process index weight design;and then use the 360 degree assessment method for specific indicators to determine the assessment cycle and the main body of the assessment;Finally,this article combined with the findings and managers comments adjust the application of assessment results.The complete implementation of the assessment system can not be separated from an effective guarantee system.From the ideological aspects to the layout of the supervision and management tasks,the managers of the company still need to devote more energy and organize the propaganda work of performance appraisal.The establishment of a scientific and effective performance appraisal system,sound and perfect system to ensure its implementation needs to mobilize the company's overall strength,but also benefit the overall development of the company.
