With the further opening of the market, the competition becomes more and more fierce. To compete with the best organization in the world, we must improve our efficiency, effect and skill so as to enhance the stability of the organization's development. Performance assessment is most important in the performance management. A perfect performance assessment system can fulfill the task of leading, developing and inspiring the employees so as to let their behavior meet the needs of the strategetic development of the enterprises. It is helpful to do the research and design of the performance assessment system of the middle-level administrators in A Company, which can assess the devoting level of the middle-level administrators to A company's operating target, solving the problems of the system and inspiring the employee's activity, raising the efficiency and profit of A Company. Further more, it will provide other ordnance companies the good result, researching thoughts and method to enhance the performance assessment system to their middle-level administrators.First, this essay does some research and generation about the performance, performance assessment and some relevant theories; then, comes the survey investigation method, negotiation method and document analysis method, which describes the current situation of the performance assessment system of the middle-level administrators in A company, analyzes and points out some problems such as the non-clarification of the assessment target, non-scientific of the parameter design, non-standard of the assessment process, non-feedback of the result of the assessment and non-thorough usage of the assessment results, etc., after that, it proceeds the thorough analysis of the root cause to the problems. Third, with methods like KPI, MBO, BEI and AHP are mainly applied to conduct this research, basing on somes factors like the principle and target of the performance assessment system, the confirmation of the assessment parameters, the clarification of parameter assessment standard, the design of the parameter ratio and the construction of the assessment module, etc., this essay designs the performance assessment system of the middle-level administrators in A company, At last, many application methods for the designed performance assessment system are raised.
