Enterprises in market competition to the competition strategy of the development of enterprises has a profound effect.After years of development to become an agriculture comprehensive enterprise group,now YanTai Dr Group registered 2001 is a research and development to promote seedling nursery stock,pesticides fertilizer production and sales,the acquisition of the ordinary apple store,research and development and sales,high-grade mountain spring high-grade organic apple production and sales as one of the local leading enterprises.YanTai Dr Group positioned itself to "be the apple of the whole industry chain leader",makes efforts in the apple industry,constantly trying to stretch the enterprise in the industry chain to increase corporate profits,and try to gain greater market share and industry.In recent years,YanTai Dr Group has worked hard to make progress in the construction of the apple industrial park and the development of fine gardens.However,while increasing the asset class investment,the overall competition strategy of the enterprise does not match,and it is difficult to form synergy.In order to solve the problem of the company's competitive strategy,it is important for YanTai Dr group to develop appropriate competitive strategy.In this paper,the external environment of YanTai Dr Group is analyzed in detail,using PEST analysis tool,this paper makes an in-depth and detailed analysis of the external environment of YanTai Dr Group.The major policies based on national and local government support to the enterprise,the apple industry import and export situation,planting area of apple industry change,brand construction difficulty,technology,management cost and the analysis of the competitors and other stakeholders,summed up the YanTai Dr Group facing the opportunities and threats.In order to find out the advantages and disadvantages of YanTai Dr Group,we analyze the organizational structure,financial situation,human resources,corporate culture,marketing ability and production status.This paper uses SWOT analysis,CPM analysis and QSMP analysis to carry out competitive strategy planning for YanTai Dr Group.After the analysis of the related data processing,it is concluded that the marketing differentiation strategy,service mode differentiation strategy,product differentiation strategy,the establishment of strategic development department,strategic development order.According to the strategic planning and enterprise practice,the feasibility measures are put forward.It is hoped that this paper can help it improve its existing problems and occupy a favorable position in the market.
