During last 30 years since reforming and opening up,China sustained rapid economic growth,caught up with most countries in the world,as the 2nd largest economy of the world,(behind the United States only),China has realized the "Chinese miracle".However,since this year,because the world economy is in transition period,China's economy began to enter the "new normal" status.A new normal,of the state that is different,is relatively stable,conforms to the general law of state.It is a state of irreversible development,means that our country's economy has been basically farewell to structural unreasonable stage of energy-intensive development,into a very different way from the past thirty years of rapid growth,a new stage of development driven by innovation.Data shows that since 2012 China's GDP growth has already begun to fall,2012 7.7%,2013 7.7%,2014 7.3%,2015 6.9%(below 7%for the first time),GDP growth in the first half of 2016 was 6.7%only,after entering medium speed development period,Chinese economy will turn to some new characteristics,the optimized economic structure would change from the elements driven&investment-driven mode to innovation-driven mode.The proportion of agriculture and manufacturing in production element will decline,nevertheless the proportion of service industry will increase,economic development relying more and more on the service industry.The economic growth is kept on slowing down,under the circumstance,the competition among traditional industries become more and more intensive.Innovation is more critical than ever before in the new normal status.As the 2nd largest milk packaging equipment provider,S company is facing the strong competition from the leading company like Tetra as well as many other followers.It has been actively seeking ways of entering new blue-ocean market to gain a competitive advantage.S company is currently facing a fierce competition not only from global but also from local rivals.The changing and altering market demands make the competition even more fiercely.To maintain the sustainable development in the highly developed China market,market positioning is very important due for identify the company's core competitive strength,hence it's very critical for each company to work out its own competition strategy.Therefore,it's the priority of S company to make best use of its own available resource to develop a suitable enterprise competition strategy applying to the current internal and external situation.Starts from analysis on S company's realistic badly needs business development,the article focus on the topic of how to choose the suitable competition strategy for S company based on the given resources via theoretical exploration and empirical analysis.The paper tries to use different methods such as SWOT,SPACE matrix and five strength models to analyze the company business comprehensively,systematically and objectively from the perspective of the business operations so as to constructively put forward the feasible competition strategy,differentiation strategy,to ensure that the company's business revenue increment as well as reliable growth to support the company's high level strategic decisions.
