significance.Anhui Province is a large agricultural province in China.This paper takes Anhui Liangzhuang Agricultural Science and Technology Co.,Ltd.as the research object.Based on the evaluation system of enterprise management performance and the theoretical knowledge in the development process,it draws on the evaluation of management performance of agricultural enterprises at home and abroad.Systematic theoretical research and practical results,through the literature survey method,field interview method,balanced scorecard research method and other scientific research methods,comprehensive analysis of the current competitive landscape of agricultural enterprises in Anhui Province,combined with the development status and management of agricultural enterprises in Anhui Province Characteristics,Anhui Organic Liangzhuang Agricultural Science and Technology Co.,Ltd.and its similar agricultural enterprises in the industry status,advantages and disadvantages in business management,future development direction and opportunities and challenges,combined with Anhui Organic Liangzhuang Agricultural Technology Co.,Ltd.The current status of business management,comprehensive consideration of many factors affecting corporate performance,in-depth study of the enterprise performance of Anhui Organic Liangzhuang Agricultural Science and Technology Co.,Ltd.,explore and propose a set of enterprise performance evaluation system applicable to the enterprise,and initially propose Anhui Organic Liangzhuang Farm Management Performance Evaluation Model
