With the further deepening of economy and the further improvement of China’s market system,the small and medium-siCed electronic companies in China has undergone great changes in the domestic and foreign environment.This has a huge impact on the electronic manufacturing enterprises in China,they are facing a serious crisis of survival.Facing the severe living environment outside the enterprise and the multilevel needs of the customers,the enterprise needs to improve its core competitiveness.In that way,it is necessary for these enterprises to have a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system.The GL company is facing the problem that the system of performance evaluation is too simple to meet the requirements of development.so it is necessary to introduce the system of Balanced Score Card into GL company.In that way,it could combine the enterprise’s strategic objectives,management tools and financial indicators together,so as to achieve the maximiCation of the value of GL company.Based on the fully study of the theory of Balanced Score Card and performance evaluation,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the status of the performance evaluation of GL company with the method of questionnaire survey,it reveals the problems which is existing in the performance evaluation of GL company.According to the life cycle and actual operation of GL company,the strategic objectives of the enterprise are established through the analysis of industry and company.To establish the specific indicators of evaluation of the Balanced Score Card,this strategic goal is allocated to four dimensions which contains finance,customer,internal process,learning and growth.To solve the question of the weight of these specific indicators,the method of AHP is used to give weight to the indicators,it contribute to the design of the performance evaluation system for GL company.Through the application analysis,the conclusion is drawn that comprehensive performance evaluation of GL company is better.This is of vital significance to the long-term development of the company.
