As the important mobile access equipment provider in the world,M Communication Corporation provides product and service for more than 50%communication service provider whole world.With the fierce technical development especially of the mobile internet,communication service provider,most primarily customer of M communication,encounter the issue of revenue incline speed slow down,as the income from voice and note before has been catched by internet service provider by APP.This change still make revenue of M communication,which mainly from investment of CSP to mobile access equipment,only can increase moderately,and how to improve revenue become the first issue.In 2019,5G become adopted in commercial case gradually,will make new user case,eg,eMBB FWA,Massive IoT and Critical loT.The CSP expect expand revenue source from mobile phone subscriber to manufacture industry,but who didn't show very high incentive to adopt 5G in their factory,as there isn't clear vision of the improvement to profit or efficiency from the adoption.M communication expect help its customer to implement this business transformation as far as possible.The purpose of this paper is to make a business strategy for Business Network Area of M Communication.Paper firstly analysis the massive environment of M Communication with Five Forces model,including the technical trend,competition status in industry and so on.Then make analysis to the internal environment by Value Chain model,and to production portfolio with Boston Matrix.Lastly,through SWOT analysis tool,the competition advantage and disadvantage of Business Network of M Communication has been found out.On this foundation,and following the corporation strategy of M Communication,paper raises a business strategy of Business Network,including cut sales cost by improving R&D investnent and try Digitization in supply chain and production,then draws up a workable implementation plan,including change of organization and specific work flow.
