Through nearly 20years development, Shandong Shifeng Group has turned into a large business enterprise of national with low-speed car as main products and integrated wine, hotel, commerce, building, gas from a small company whose output value was no more than 1000 thousand Yuan. Shifeng Group annual sales income has reached 12 billion Yuan now. Shifeng Group is the biggest enterprise in the production of low-speed car in China at present and its economic strength has occupied the first position among all the national competitors for eight years. The development of Shifeng Group benefits its guiding ideology of making business strategy around the market demand and bring the main product to reach the advanced level of home and aboard gradually in quality and technology index through scientific management and continuous innovation. The thesis systematically analyzes the common environment, trade environment and the enterprise organization structure, human resource management, business enterprise culture, production management, finance management, technique development etc. Then the thesis studies the reason of Shifeng Group realizing its rapid development and find out the opportunity, threat, strength and weakness that the enterprise facing in its present or future development using the methods of SWOT matrix. After analyzing the position of Shifeng Group main products at the present market and their direction of future development through Boston matrix, the thesis studied the option of Shifeng Group new product for future.
